Front Stoop & Interest Rate

Drove by yesterday to see the newly poured cement for the front of the house. This week was mainly filled with electrical, plumbing and inspections.

We also decided to lock in our interest rate yesterday with our loan officer from NVR. 3.625% baby!

    Incredible!!! Once long ago they had been in the teens. 29 years ago it was about 9%. These rates are a boon!!!

      Yes, our parents are shocked as they were in the teens in the early 80's when they bought their first houses. Shocked/jealous I think! We are pumped!
